How can I fix this. Its been happening since we opened it a few months ago. Water is clear and everything else tests good. Just can not keep chlorine in pool

We have changed our pool over to salt this spring. I have three different dip strips and ALL THREE of them are reading our chlorine level at 10+. I took a water sample to the pool store and they said it was sitting between 2.5 and 3.

The water is about 70 degrees and everything else including the salt is fine. The strips are still reading the cholorine at 10+ I don’t understand why this is happening. Any ideas.

I have ordered a new test kit that uses regents. It really blows my mind because all the other stirp readings are right on.
